Options
E-mail Virus scanning
With this service all incoming e-mails will be scanned for all
known viruses (including Polymorphic viruses) prior to being forwarded
to the customer's email server. In the event of a virus being detected
a footnote will be included stating that a virus was found to be
present and that it had been removed.
Firewall Protection/Web Content Filtering
With this service the customer's system will be protected via our
firewall from any unauthorised access, therefore removing the security
risks posed by hackers. It will also enable the customer to block
access to any unwanted or undesirable internet sites. At the start of
the agreement the customer will be asked to provide a list by category
or by individual customer profile, of the sites that are to be
blocked.
