Help Desk

e-m8's Helpdesk facility is ideal for companies with a large number of employees working across standard applications. The end-user calls the helpdesk if they experience a problem with either the hardware or software. This helpdesk logs the call and provides first level support or escalates the call to the relevant resource for resolution.

Migrations and Projects

e-m8's Project Managers work closely with customers to ensure that projects are implemented and managed smoothly and efficiently.

e-m8 has a proven project management methodology, which is designed to be flexible and simple enough to fit in with your own procedures.

The Project Manager will define the scope of the project, produce a comprehensive plan with milestones, objectives and deliverables, manage all phases of the project through to its conclusion, and provide reports on the project at each stage including a final report assessing its overall success.
